Monthly subscriptions are month-to-month. Annual billing locks the 15% discount for 12 months. One-time builds are fixed-scope, fixed-price.
What does setup actually cover?
Discovery, configuration, data migration, integrations, automations, training, and handoff. Setup is $499 on V6 and V8, waived on V12.
Can we start on V8 and grow into V12?
Yes. Tier upgrades are seamless — everything you've built stays in place. We recommend the entry point that fits the current operation, not the ceiling.
How is ad spend billed?
Always direct to Meta or Google on your card. We never markup ad spend. You see exactly what's spent and what it returned.
What if we already use other tools?
Cerberus replaces most of them, that's the point. During qualification we map your stack and tell you exactly what stays, what goes, and what consolidates.
Do you offer custom pricing?
For multi-location, multi-brand, or enterprise installs, yes. Mention it in your application and we'll quote during qualification.
